PROGRAM NAIK TALI (PELAYANAN KLINIK SANITASI ONLINE) SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN CAPAIAN PASIEN PBL (PENYAKIT BERBASIS LINGKUNGAN ) PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 DI PUSKESMAS KAMPAK

ABSTRACT
Sanitation clinic services during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Kampak Public Health Center experienced a decrease in the number of Environmental-Based Disease (PBL) patient visits, this was because patients were afraid to visit the sanitation clinic and lack of coordination with related cross-programs. The number of patient visits at the sanitation clinic during the Covid-19 pandemic was only 1 or 2 patients per month. With this problem, the NAIK TALI innovation (online sanitation clinic service) was raised using the WhatsApp application. This innovation aims to increase the coverage of Environmental Based Disease (PBL) patient visits at the sanitation clinic and improve the quality of environmental health services at the Kampak Health Center. This innovation activity was trialled for 2 weeks and resulted in an increase in the coverage of the number of Environmental Based Disease (PBL) patient visits from 1-2 patients to 8 patients. Therefore, this innovation program needs to be continued with support from related cross-programs so that the achievements of sanitation clinic services can continue to increase during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Pelayanan klinik sanitasi pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Puskesmas Kampak mengalami penurunan jumlah kunjungan pasien Penyakit Berbasis Lingkungan (PBL), hal ini dikarenakan pasien takut untuk berkunjung di klinik sanitasi dan kurangnya koordinasi dengan lintas program terkait. Jumlah kunjungan pasien di klinik sanitasi pada masa pandemi Covid-19 hanya 1 atau 2 pasien untuk setiap bulannya, dengan permasalahan ini dimunculkan inovasi NAIK TALI (pelayanan klinik sanitasi online) dengan menggunakan aplikasi whatsapp. Inovasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan cakupan jumlah kunjungan pasien Penyakit Berbasis Lingkungan (PBL) di klinik sanitasi dan peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan lingkungan di Puskesmas Kampak. Kegiatan inovasi ini dilakukan uji coba selama 2 minggu dan dihasilkan peningkatan cakupan jumlah kunjungan pasien Penyakit Berbasis Lingkungan (PBL) 1-2 pasien menjadi 8 pasien. Oleh karena itu, program inovasi ini perlu dilanjutkan dengan dukungan lintas program terkait agar capaian pelayanan klinik sanitasi dapat terus meningkat selama masa pandemi Covid-19.
